Congratulations to you all on an amazing job at auditions!!! I am so proud of each one of you and can't wait to work with every single person to make this show the best that it can be!
Please know that every role is important in this show. From Ariel to the stage crew, it won't be possible without each and every one of you. Be excited to be a part of it. I know it's not easy to not get the role you want, but that doesn't mean that it won't be a blast anyway.
You are all wonderful and this is going to be a great year. Remember to be kind to one another. No bad mouthing your cast mates. You're a team now, and we are going to be a great one!
